ICEserver is a Mac-based software application that uses simple hot folders to optimize CMYK PDF files using the innovative new ICE Technology.

ICEserver builds upon the revolutionary core ICE separation technology by optimizing the print process based on the characteristics of the printed paper, media or substrate and its interaction with ink on press.

ICEserver utilizes a technology called a Media Map Model, or “M3” that defines how the paper you print on affects press performance. Using the M3 and its internal knowledge of proper CMYK ink distribution, ICEserver understands how a given file will best print on a selected paper stock, then creates a CMYK separation that is optimized for the press.
